I went with the K&N Typhoon kit. I had one of their system on my 02 Z28 and I had no issues with it.

I know, I know...I need to clean the engine bay!

Right on!

Looks great!

Are you going to the Memphis Classic Car Club cruise in Thursday?

Is that the cruise in at the corner of Kirby-Whitten and Stage?

Did you feel better throttle response? What do you think overall. Can't decide myself what to get.

I was curious if there have been any dyno tests done by someone outside of the manufacturer to see what type of power gains are realistic.

Looks good. The K&N is a great intake system for the price!

I am still in the break-in phase so I have not really pushed anything too hard. I know in the last system I had (2002 Z28) it made a significant difference to the car.

I was planning to dyno the car with the stock intake then install the K&N and wait a couple of weeks for the ecu to learn the new intake. But budget restrictions kept me from doing this (and I am impatient!).

Nice. Very similar look to my Roto-Fab. I like the polished tube.

I might be able to make that. At a minimum, I can drive through the lot. Will you be there?
