Did you remove and paint or do it on the car? Curious as to keeping the overspray out of the "cavity" that the pipes sit in...

Taped off with paper and sprayed right in place.I stuffed a rag in the tailpipe prior.

Thought about doing the same thing you did. How's it holding up with the heat? I don't know plastidips heat tolerance. Anything melt yet?

I love plastidip! I did it to my LS the bezels, wheels and the bowties in front and rear! I didnt want to paint them since I'll trade the car in for an SS once I'm old ready to handle a V8!

So far so good. No sign of melting or anything else.Holding up very well :happy0180:

I have plastidipped my exhaust pipes and no melting there. :D
