That's awesome man, I've been wanting to go to Fontana (as I am only 15 min away) for a while now. Just scared about the wear and tear parts...how many track days + daily driving does it take before new pads, rotors, and tires are needed?
|
Hey man a bunch of us are running Fontana http://www.speedventures.com/events/...il.aspx?id=462
in May,you should come out and get your feet wet. These 1LE's are built for this,so no worries.

Great job!!
The white crud on the calipers, is that brake fluid boiling out? or,,well, what is it?
|
Yes,that's the fluid pushing out,and it only happens under intense hard braking, but to me that's not ok.

Ughh, I had that problem with fluid on the Brembos on my Evo. Is there a way to prevent that? Seems like it happens to a lot of people that track and use their brakes hard.
|
It seems to be the case,i had someone say tighten the bleeder nut when they were hot. I tried this as soon as i got off track, but there were tight.
