Some Background info:
In the past, I was not really a big GM fan. I did not care for the older Camaros. I did love the corvettes but I was mustang type of guy. I have owned my Mustang for 12 years now and I still like it. But back in 2006 when I first saw the new 5th gen, I knew I had to own it! When I learned about it I went on the web that day in 2006 and I wanted to find all the info I could about the new Camaro. But back then where were none… I have found Camaro 5 but it was just a single page with no forum at time. I check a few times a month to see if I could find more info on the car. Then when the forum started I started to look around but did not sign up yet. Then in Nov 2007 I joined up! But been on Camaro 5 since it started and I love this site! Thanks to is site I have meet lifelong friends and I got lots of great info here. This is like a second home for me! So thank you Camaro 5!

I’m now a bigger GM fan than ever before. GM really has made a great car and it brings out lots of great people to meet each other and become great friends!

Those stripes look pretty awesome.

Sounds good/ looks good. Still haven't picked the exhaust I want yet, but do like the sound of that one. I will have to check it out at the next meet.
Just installed the Hurst Shifter I won last week at Stillen. love it. Will post pics on that thread later.

yes, really startingt to get used to the shifter now. Was a little tight at firrst, but getting broke in now. Morgan at BMM/Hurst hooked me up with a black knob. I like the classic white look, but stands out maybe too much. So, got the black one.

Yup! I was upset with the IOM as well. So I got the idea to get black and put some hugger orange stripes on it. But now that I think about it, white car would look just as nice :)

I hadn't really decided on a color, but I went to a local dealer & my baby was sitting on the lot waiting for me, so I bought her

Install my black CAI inc kit :)
I installed it myself and it took about 1 hour to install. It was pretty easy!

Now David... :P
Time to paint the doors, roof, fenders and quarterpanels..This way the car won't have any orange peel lol... :P

We installed the Hotchkis Track Suspension, Full sway bar kit and springs! It took about total of 3 hours to do everything. It was a long night and it took lots of work!

Just some side stripes stickers. They bring out the side skirts well.
