Are updates for all status changes/non changes only on Wednesday?

From what I understand, preferencing of orders only occurs on Tuesday evenings. So theoretically, you can only move off 1100 status on Tuesday evenings, so checking occurs Wednesday mornings.

Other status changes seem to occur any day of the week.
