To All Texas Camaro5'ers - Kemah Boardwalk Inaugural Camaro Show - Sunday, April 25,

I know the Houston guys probably already know about this, but I hadn't seen anything posted about it. I received a flier from AJ (ajs69cam) last night about this Camaro show.

Looks like a lot of fun, and it's for a great cause. This is benefitting the Kidz Harbor Children's Shelter, which provides emergency shelter to abandoned, abused, and neglects children up to the age of 18 in the state of Texas.

I'm sure the Houston guys have more information about this, but I wanted to go ahead and create the thread to get the word out.

This could be a great cruise for the South Texas guys, starting in San Antonio, possibly going up through Austin, or maybe the Austin and Dallas guys could meet up with us along the way. I don't know, but it sounds like this could be a really great time for a really great cause.

Yes.. Mark the date for Kemah... there will be a lot more information coming out next week. Would love to see SA, Austin & Dallas down here in Galveston. Enter your car for $40 or $50 after April first.

Right now... we are all getting ready for Mar, 20, 21 (next weekend) at the GRB Convention center downtown Houston for the Corvette - Chevy Expo.
The Camaro and our club are headlining the show...:confused0068:
We have one of every color plus some Fastlane and Hennessey cars. It's going to be a blast.

Now time to go put another coat of Zaino on the car... pull the wheels and clean them good... detail the engine compartment... :help:

Hi AJ,
You don't have to be a member... just need to register and get a username/password for the site. Just like C5. We have it locked down pretty tight due to spammers so if you have any problems w/ registration please let us know.

It was GREAT meeting you and your wife last weekend. See you soon.

Mike

AJ, you should be able to log in to your account now. I have you activated.

To everybody else, I'll get a Kemah page up with the flyer and registration form straight off the home page that way you don't have to join or log in to the h-town forum to download these.

If I'm not mistaken, I was told we had 100 slots available for Camaros unless something has changed at our last club meeting. Yes any generation Camaro is invited to the Kemah car show and our club as well. As long as it's a Camaro it qualifies.

Thanks for the support guys and girls, it is for a very good cause.

Kelly

Let me try this. Here are links to the flyer and the registration form for the Kemah Car Show.

Bumping. Maybe I can talk our neighbor into going. He has a really nice '69 Daytona Yellow RS. Also a '67 RS, but it's not street legal in any sense (1900hp). Hope there is a good turnout.
