2014 rear bumper swap from 10-13??
Has anyone done this yet swap 2010-13 to a 2014? I know I would need the bumper, lower diffuser, tail lights, new deck lid, new spoiler, bumper absorber, wiring harness, and mounting hardware. Anything else and anyone have a parts list?

We are doing ours and that sounds about right. We are also doing the Z/28 and ZL1 rear diffuser, trunk and Z/28 rear spoiler out of carbon fiber for those interested

I'm about to do this as well.

I'm torn, I really like my 2012 ZL1 rear end but I also like the new rear, mainly the lights. Anyone have a estimate of the swap price?

Here is a ROUGH estimate I've worked up on parts needed:
Diffuser with dual tips - $108 (Z/28 Diffuser is $700 if wanted) Fascia with backup sensor holes - $345 Absorber - $98 Outer bracket - $12 Outer bracket - $12 Inner guide - $26 Inner guide - $26 Lower Bracket - $7 each (2) needed Trunk Lid WITH Spoiler holes - $321 Tail lights - $300 Spoiler - $200 or ($500 for Z/28) About $100 in bolts, rivets, nuts etc etc Then you have to mess with a wiring harness and paint costs. |
Thanks for the numbers. Not too bad. Almost like doing the ZL1 conversion with it first released.

I still figure I can offset 90% of the cost by selling my ZL1 setup my only cost will be paint and the wiring harness. I figure someone will pay good $$$ for a direct bolt on swap with no cutting involved. |
