depends how much time they spend cleaning your car...the service portion can be done less than an hour. The attached form is the OFFICIAL pdi on a Camaro

Awesome list! My dealer said to do everything from PDI, installing my stripes, detailing, and tinting the windows, should be about 4 hours. I'm sure it various though on how busy they are, how experienced they are, etc.

Mine took a day, they deteiled, undercoated and tinted the windows. I think I had to wait a full day because it was raining here and they did not want me to take it with the fresh undercoating until after the rain stopped and puddles went away to keep it from being disturbed.

My car got to the dealership at 11:00AM and I picked it up at 4:00PM the same day. Don't know how long the prep actually took, but they can flip it the same day.

i made it specific to my dealer that i want it the same day.. no way im leaving it there... i trust the dealership... just the wait has been too long for anymore waiting...

I'd say 4-6 hours. My plan would be to let it arrive one day and pick it up in the late afternoon of the next day. Also, take a tire gauge with you as my dealer missed adjusting the tire pressures and, if you don't get a full tank of gas, you can fix this on your first fill up as you leave the dealership.

My car arrived this am (before 10am), & dealer states it takes more than 24 hrs to prep. Won't let me have it until tomorrow. Bull**it!:mad0260:

exactly. But I do have it now & I love it more every time I drive it. Already picked off the dealer decal off the back. If they make me pay MSRP, I'm not going to give them free advertising.

I hope it doesn't take long. I just want to trade a check for a key and be on my way.

I agree! I gave them orders not to put one on my car.
