Well when I talked to my dealer he told me the current allocations had already been taken but he would have 2 more end of Jan beginning of Feb. So I thought this may have been what he was talking about.

You should still be able to place your order and get a order number. It just won't get picked up by GM until the dealer has another allocation.

Kind of like all the ZL1 buyers that "ordered" their cars a while ago....

so if your dealer hasnt picked you up by now you may not see this car for awile? please educate me on this subject matter thank you

I am fine with waiting. I just wish there was a way to know for sure if my dealer is getting another allocation. I have bought 3 new trucks thru them so I don't think they would screw me, but if their not I will look elsewhere.

You have a order number so your "order" has been placed. As long as your dealer has more allocations for the 2012 model year you are good to go!

How much is the exposed carbon fiber if we get it at the dealer?

are there more orders being accepted at a later date? what im understanding is today is the last day to place orders? or orders being accepted by GM?

The only reason GM would stop taking orders would be if they have already sold everything they can produce for the 2012 model year. That has not been mentioned so I doubt it..... :iono:

Why?

If your order doesn't get picked up at a 2012 Model Year it should be carried over as a 2013. Either way, you get one.

And from your signature, you have a order number. You should be fine.
