Any 1LE's Delivered?

I was coming back from Jerome, AZ today and saw what looked to be a red camaro 1LE. It had the black hood wrap and black wheels. They looked to be the 1LE wheels, but too difficult to confirm since the car was moving. Has anyone had their 1LE delivered yet? Was this just a camaro with black hood wrap and not a real 1LE?

GM test vehicles in AZ....could have been a CTF one.

Yuma is the second biggest track.

Desert Proving Ground Yuma is a facility co-built and leased by General Motors located within the US Army's Yuma Proving Grounds. The site contains a inner facility sitting on 2,400 acres with a 24 acre campus containing 98,000 ft2 of building area and also has 40 miles of roadway. One of the main reason that this site was chosen was the already imposed no fly zone which helps prevent unwanted photography of pre-production prototypes undergoing testing. The facility is also used by the US Army for their own testing requirements. [1]
Other such features are:
  • 3.5 mile Circle Track (3 lanes)
  • 1.4 mile Straight Track (2-3 lanes)
  • 3.1 mile Ride Road (2-4 lanes)
  • 1,000’ X 1,000’ Dynamics Pad
  • Interior Noise Road
  • Noise Pass-by Facility

I see cars and trucks all the time around there, even snapped some pics of CTF Powertrain mules at our hotel.
