Someone or something dinged my car this weekend
1 Attachment(s)
This just sucks.. I usually always keep my car parked in the street by my apt.. I live on a dead end street and keep it parked under a streetlight.. I have had My Mustang Honda and now my SS parked there for over 6 years with no issue until what had to be between thurs and sat night..
2 dings on the body lines of ALL places .. Not a MARK on the paint. NOTHING This just pisses me off because it's like I don't know HOW it happened.. Or who may have done this.. I know everyone on the block basically. |
:yikes:wow! looks like someone hit the car with a ball.. that sucks..
if i ever catch someone doing this to my car....:paddle: |
Dang that looks nasty.

You know you just gave me another insight as to what the hell could have possibly done that
|
The crappy part is Painless dent removal cannot take that out.. it's on the body line.. My body guy is going to have to fix it now..

Same thing happened to my and a freshly painted IROC , back in about 1992.
This was in the exact same spot , and how it happened was a complete mystery.I heard something hit, but I did not stop , and did notice it the next day. Late at night , going over an overpass.[highway underneath]. No traffic anywhere near me. Gunshot from a grassy knoll? Meteorite? Fast heavy bird. I wish I knew what it was. |
That looks like a baseball or tennis ball dent. Maybe some kids were playing street ball or something and one got away. It happens.
That's not to say it doesn't suck though. Sorry to hear about it. |
Probably not this...

I would go with baseball.... or lacrosse ball.

Just a-thought but maybe it didn't happen there. It is on the passenger side correct? Maybe you only saw it there now because you walked up to the car from that side. Either way it sux, good luck with the fix...
