Anyone in Texas going on the Powertour next summer?
 

I plan on doing the whole tour in the camaro, always wanted to do it and since it starts in GP lone star park that's only 6 miles from my house. Might be fun to roll together with some board members in the area

so, how does it work, do you just show up and drive with them or do you have to register? Where do they go?

I may do part of it..... to Little Rock or Birmingham.

I am the other person. My wife and I did the long haul last year.

Sweet. Good to see others going. I've wanted to do it for years so it'll be fun.

I think we will do a couple legs starting here. We did the last three stops last year.

Meet sounds cool but that's like an hour from my house

I've been on the Power Tour the last 2 years, plan on doing the long haul again this year. I'll be coming via I-40 and going to Hallett Raceway between Tulsa and Stillwater, OK on Friday the 31st to do the roadcourse before heading down to Arlington/Grand Prarie. Would love to meet up with some more 5th gens. I'll try to keep track of this thread.:thumbsup: Warning, if you start........you might not want to stop.

Just made plans to run part of the tour with a couple buddies! It will be my first real road trip in the camaro other then my monthly run to okc! My buddies have been on several long runs in there cars, with this being my first im pretty excited!

I met a group of Camaros from Arkansas and Oklahoma last year at the Stillwater stop. Yes, there will be lots of cars there for sure! Apparently there's burger place, possibly named Keller's where lots of Hot Rodders will be Friday night. Anyone know about it?

I go to kellers on saturdays atleast once a month. Never been on a friday. They have good hamburgers and shakes.
