Think this is my torque converter, input please.

(Auto 2010) I've noticed this a few times recently. I give it gas and it's almost like the transmission doesn't catch for a few hundred RPM then the car jumps forward. All other shifts work fine only happens when at a complete stop. What do you guys think?

a few hundred rpm is normal, i am guessing here but i bet the stock torque converter is around a 1200 stall. so ideally it should not move until the rpms reach that point.
but from a stop it should still be giving a drag at idle. on flat gorund and you release the brake, does it move?
from my experience on old cars, the torque converter will slip when low on fluid, but you will miss shifts first.

Nope release the brake and it doesn't move. Not until I give it some gas.

Did this just start or has it been this way ever since you got your converter?

I've got an FTI 3200.

As described, with the higher stall your rpms should jump to the stall speed when you get into the gas.
As soon as I go more than 1/2 throttle my rpms jump to 3200+ rpms and my car starts to pull. But under light throttle, my car will still acclerate at rpms below 3200 rpms.
But as mentioned, as soon as I get a little more into the gas, the rpms instantly jump to 3200+ rpms.

Also, if i lift off the brake (from idle on flat ground) my car will move forward all by itself.

exactly as the above poster said.

Nope new issue I've put about 40,000 on the car, sorry if i'm not clear. Doesn't do it all the time but about three times now:
I take my foot off the brake, no movment. My idle is a little higer becuase of my tune I usually get pretty good forward momentum at idle.

I begin to give it light accelleration, no movement.

At a certain RPM (Sorry can't really tell how much) It's like something catches and the car jumps forward.

It's not missing any shifts.

Ok, now I think it might be my diff. Another thing I've noticed is that sometimes after releasing the break the car will move forward a bit (Few inches) then it locks up. A little buit of gas pushes through it. Does the same in reverse.
