For the rear rotors, should be...

14.3 inch diameter
1.10 inch thick

Rear V6 rotors:

12.4 inch diameter (315mm)
.90 inch thick (23mm)

Sorry, I do not have that information. This is the only information I have on the rear v6 calipers:

bore: 45mm
Bleeder: 10x1mm
Port: 10x1mm
Mt Holes: 12x1.75mm
