don't drive it enough(Cant drive it to work) and i need a new truck. 170000 miles on my truck and things are starting to go wrong with it. im also just not a car guy even though it is a great car!

If you want a Chevy truck, you'd probably have pretty good success taking it back to the Chevy dealer you got it from as a trade in. You aren't going to make money from it, but it would be a hassle free way of dumping it since you aren't upside down.

If you just want out of it completely without a new truck right away, you could take it to carmax. They'll give you anywhere from fair ($28K) to good ($31K) for it; so at the worst, you're out $1k, but out of the car all the way.

Good Luck.. That is a very fair asking price IMO... I listed my car on autotrader.com and it sold in 2 wks, only cost $20 to list it too.
