Finally home from my trip to Camaro5 Fest V and to my dad's in Florida.
The car made it home fine, but I did have a couple of scary moments in Arizona. The first was a rock hit to the windshield on the passenger side. The rock hit left a couple of pits but no cracks. The other scary moment was when a red-tailed hawk decided to do a back flip onto my front windshield and roof at 80mph (see the last 2 pictures). It was not a comfortable feeling seeing the front windshield deflecting inward during the impact. I also received another rock hit on the drivers side of the front windshield in California - again a couple of pits but no cracks. I will begin the bug removal process tomorrow... |
Bug removal ?
Man , that's loaded with protein , just use a lite steam machine a scup as much you can ! |
Looks like you've done your part for mankind and slaughtered plenty of insects.

What was the last thing that went thru the bugs mind when he hit the windshield!?

The car had a bunch of love bugs on the front during the drive in Florida, only to be washed of in the heavy rain throughout the drive in Louisiana. |

That looks like the average amount of a weeks worth of driving in LA, MS, FL or AL when it comes to bugs.
