How to: Dramatically extend the life of your clay and save money.

BLACKFIRE Clay Cleaner & Extender

BLACKFIRE Clay Cleaner & Extender is a revolutionary cleanser that dramatically increases the value you receive from detailing clay by extending its useable life. When the face of detailing clay becomes soiled we used to fold it on itself, stretch it, and remold it to expose a fresh surface. All of the contamination becomes trapped inside the clay. The contamination quickly builds up which reduces the effectiveness of the clay and quickly renders it useless. BLACKFIRE Clay Cleaner & Extender combats that problem by cleaning the clay and releasing the majority of contamination prior to folding and reshaping.

Instructions

Mist BLACKFIRE Clay Cleaner & Extender onto the soiled face of the clay. BLACKFIRE Clay Cleaner & Extender contains no acids or butyl ethers so it will not dry out synthetic detailing clay or cause it to shed.

Massage the cleaner into the clay using your thumbs.

Rinse the clay with running water or by swishing it around in a bucket.

Shape and refold the clay and continue to use.

Great product when your clay needs a cleaning.

If I could only keep from dropping the damned clay! :mad0260: I'm guessing it won't be of any help in that case and it's still best to just toss it out?

I just ordered that new Nanoskin paint prep kit from Detailer's Domain, looking forward to trying it out in a few months - I still have a bar and a half of clay to go through before I'm out.

Yes, nothing is going to help if you drop the clay on the ground. Well maybe some sticky fingers, but that is it.
