My orange pad is a much stiffer foam compared to the other colors. The green and white ones are much softer. Is it supposed to be this way?

You're fine Glenn. That's normal wear on those pads due to the extra foam siding.

Yeah, doesnt affect it at all. I'll keep happily making old cars "new" with it :) lol
