Quick question...When I installed the Roto-Fab, everything seated perfectly but when I close the hood, the right side of the hood where the CAI box sits is raised a tiny bit. Anyone else experience that? I suspect it is the seal pushing up on the hood a little bit but am curious if I did something wrong.

I'd loosen the filter heat shield and push it down if there is any play. Perhaps you can push it down some and tighen at the same time allowing you to close the hood fully.

EDIT: I do not have my Camaro with a CAI yet so I may be waaaaaaaayyy off :) I like your car!

Just installed the cold air inductions kit this am...after a bit fiddling and a few choice words with it, I was finally able to get it to fit correctly...definitely looks nicer then stock, lol of course I don't sit around with my hood popped open either, and sounds more aggressive...

Also installed the gorilla wheel locks in black...makes the wheels look much nicer...

Can't decide between the roto fab or the CAI kit. Could use a little help.

Same here - at least with the cover. The main air box went in without too much trouble but squeezing the cover on to lock it down wasn't the easiest fit.

As many smart people on this forum told me, it is a personal choice. They more or less do the same thing though I believe CAI did best in testing. I chose the Roto-Fab because I like the polished tube but others like the black or carbon fiber. All I know is that either one is better than stock. Good luck!

Thanks!!! I know they are both good; just indecisive.

I have an ADM Race Intake with the washer bottle on it's way. Andy made me an offer I couldn't refuse. I plan on getting it Dynoed this week BEFORE I put on the ADM intake. If I can work out a deal with the shop I will get one afterward also.
