I bet that is a pretty accurate guess for base price. +/- 2K is my bet (I am betting on plus). I just don't see this car coming out less than the GT500 if it indeed is getting the LSA, and the necessary upgrades to drivetrain.

Question. If the base 2010 Camaro is $20k less than the 3.6L CTS, why do most people expect the Z28 to start only $10k less than the CTS-V? I was thinking $42k for an un-optioned Z28 would be right on.

Or it's just a case of my hopes undershooting reality again.
