Ambient Lighting Replacement Kit?
 

I'm almost afraid to bring this up :yikes: but I think it was overlooked where I posted it (unrelated topic).

That's the first I've heard of this, other than hopes and rumors. Was this confirmed somewhere and I just missed it or something? And is it free, or is there a charge for it?

Cool because only my passanger door lights up now.

I've wondered about this too - whether there will be some way (aftermarket or otherwise) to continue the ambient lighting along the upper edge of the dash as per the concept car. Now that would be spectacular....and there would be a big demand for it if any ambitious aftermarket ambient lighting manufacturers are listening out there :thumbsup:

ummmm...pretty sure your driver side door is supposed to light up to man....

I sure hope we can get it on the dash....it looks great on the doors....the lighting is really a nice touch

Our CTS lights up all the way across and even on the floor. I did notice that you can order the floor lights with GM in the Camaro accessories......... Why did they not include it????

To keep the cost down another dollar fifty.

In my news blog on my site, I posed the Ambient lighting question during the IDL.

There is no further plan to go across the dash.

Add some EL Wire and LED interior kit.

Yeah... and I can add stripes with a roller too.
