quick question

Hi guys,

Sorry I've been away for a bit... it seems that every time i get out of something-something else comes up.

anyways, as you guys know my car was in an accident on Feb 28. I got the car back at the end of April and it was repaired.

and i want to hurt myself for not noticing this earlier but they swapped my right back and front rims... so the back had my narrower tires on them and the front ... wider rim and tires... soo... my question is... before I go murder the people at CARTER GM in BURNABY on monday.... is this even a big deal... i know they will swap it back... but is there any damages to the car, rims, tires?

BTW don't get your car serviced there, they obviously don't know their own products if they would just swap rims/tires like this on an RS camaro...

Thanks again,
Valentino

anyways any help is appreciated...

Im sorry to hear that you've had to deal with such an incompetent dealer, I know what that feels like.

And the answer to your question is, as long as theres nothing obviously damaged (like scratches, rub marks etc) then there wouldnt be any harm done to your car. Even though the front and rear wheels are staggered, the overall diameter is the exact same.

Make them fix it/make it right and demand something like a free oil change because you had to take the time out of your day to come back so they could fix their own **** up.

They should really brief the tire monkeys that these cars have staggered offset & width wheels.
