for sale Sprint HTC Hero 'android' phone

My brother who recently this summer got the HTC Evo 4G gave me his Hero. but when I found out that I have to sign a contract even though I already had the phone and was looking at about 90 a month for a phone bill each month I decided I do not need a 'android' phone that badly. the phone has a few small imperfections on the rubbery coating that protects the back and sides of the phone. I have a silicone sleeve that covers the entire back and sides (leaving the camera on the back and the USB charging port on the bottom edge of it exposed). I have the box, the charging cord, and the previously mentioned silicone sleeve. I am not greedy I saw other ones selling on eBay for 150 and up, I am asking 150 or best offer.
