Removing the rear bumper absorber ?
 

Installing a new diffuser... Couldn't get my old one off without taking off the bumper.. so now the bumper is off and I still can't get the tabs out of the bumper.

The absorber is kind of in the way and I'm hoping if I take it off that it will be easier to get the tabs out.

Is the absorber only held in by those two triangle tabs on the ends ?
