Where the v8's are
 

Message at work today was that June will be the last controlled month for camaro allocation. After that, the time and earn system will come into effect. In September, the mix will become 70% v6 and 30% v8. This will remain in effect for a number of months. The reason for this is a constraint on the v8 brakes.

Work at a GM dealer in southern Ontario. Close to Niagara Falls.

Is the demand for the V6's high. There are 11 V6's in my town and nobody is buying them. All of the dealers are placing orders for V8's.

The demand will be high, once there are more out there.

ok...well it doesn't make sense...there has still be a lot more v8 orders then v6s

It was my understanding that when I spoke with the DSM for the region, he said the camaro would be built 50-50. He had no other explanation and said I would probably be lucky to see mine late fall or even by the end of the year.

ordered 1SS with audio upgrade, 20" polished wheels, 6 speed manual, hockey stick stipes. Nothing crazy?:iono:
