Sure did. Wanna trade hoods? Haha

ROD_SS 03-07-2014 12:59 PM

I like those Race Stars. Do they not have a matching set of 18's for the back? I'm guessing they clear the roller skate calipers?

They do have a matching set for the rear but they're about double the cost of the z06 wheels.

And no, these won't clear the roller skates. They either need to be cut off or use pads that don't have em.

Denis 03-10-2014 11:46 AM

just got the Z06 replicas today while i was on my lunch break.

First off I have to say it looks amazing great job man! Also I saw you were worried about tickets when it comes to tinting windows and let me just say I haven't had any problems since I got my car 6 months ago. I've been next to cops with my windows up and they don't seem to mind.

Looking good man! Why did you get rid of the anvil?

b4wheeler 12-02-2015 03:24 PM

How hard was the headerr install???

And if your engine is going to be that dirty, you need to re-install the cover....:smiling1:

thanks bud.

I had the earlier Anvils that had a lot of problems with their CF and clear coat, and alignment issues with the bolt holes. lots of clouding. so I just got sick of it and went with the Maverick Man piece and im very happy with it.

the header install was super straight forward. lots of room in there.

and that pic was taken back when I was stationed in Lemoore, CA. the damn dust bowl of California. it was almost impossible to keep clean. She's all clean now!

Your next "mod" needs to be the heater hose and fuel line re-route kit. Cleans up the upper intake with the cover off....

yea I agree. it looks a lot cleaner. Id also like a set of those Holly valve covers to clean up the coil pack area.
