Lg exhaust to catback
 

I just installed Lg headers and ran over something in the road and it bent my factory exhaust bad. Luckily Lg is five minutes away so i grabbed there 3 inch setup from headers to axle. Has anybody installed any mufflers to this exhuast besides the Lg mufflers? I have gmpp mufflers coming in the mail that i ordered before this so hoping they will still work. Any pics of info would be great. Thanks.

Do the LG pipes terminate in the factory location? If so, it's no different than any OEM, other than being 1/2in bigger. You do know you're now going to have to neck down the LG pipes to 2.5 so they'll fit the GMMP mufflers. Personally, i'd send them back and just get the equivalent in 3in. I forget if it's Corsa or Borla, that makes the GMMP mufflers. I'm sure someone will chime in with the right one. Unless you got a killer deal on the GMMP's the aftermarket equivalent will be cheaper.

The lg manual says 3 to 2.5 adapters are in the kit for the mufflers but there is none. I got the gmpp mufflers for 375 so seems like a good deal. Guess ill call LG. Just curious if anyone had ran across this.

Is LG's catback a full 3" or 2.5"?

they may offer two diff sizes but i believe full 3 in

i have LG superpro + full 3 in LG exhaust

Hmmm if its a full 3" I might jump on a kit

3" exhaust, took about 2 hours to install headers and bolt pipes into place

LG is a full 3" from collectors through the mufflers, the tips are 4".

I have Corsa attached my lg system. Sounds incredible

Yeah, need the adapter to use a stock, or stock replacement muffler on it. Depending on what muffler, which adapter you need. Just ask your sales guy so they can include them in the kits.
