LS rims to LT rims questions

2 Attachment(s)
So I recently purchased a set of LT rims for my 2013 1LS. They came as just the rims which is fine because I have to get a set of winter tires anyway but I still have a few questions left

Will I need to have my tpms sensors rebuilt even though I'm using the same size tire just in a different rim?

What is an average price for getting tires mounted and should I have them balanced? Rims already have weights on them and they were obviously coming from a similar car.

Finally does anyone have a good recommendation for a snow tire that fits the LS Steelies? All I've seen so far is a good year and they only have one option.

YES you should have the sensors rebuilt (its only a few o-rings so they won't leak later) you are money ahead and any decent tire shop has them and does teh rebuild as part of their service.
YES you have to have your wheels/tires balanced....they will take the old weights off when they put your tires on the wheels.

I just went from LS 18's to aftermarket 20's, did not have my sensors rebuilt, but car only has 3600 miles....

Bridgestone Blizzak tires are tops for winter driving. If you're going to drive a Camaro through a winter those would be the top choice.

Mine are only 3 months old and the car only has 5,300 miles so I might not need to either ill have to check the price out.
