Scotts car at Tom Henry today. Notice stripes on left front fender, and PA Plate they put on it.
Notice SLP sent Tom Henry a letter that outlined 'SOME' upcoming parts:

Cat-back exhaust
Cold air induction
Long tube header system w/ x-pipe (V-8 only)
1.85 high ratio rocker arms (V-8 only)
25% underdrive pully/ balancer
Performance-optimized custom PCM tunes
Supercharger package (V-8 only)
OEM quality RTM hood with functional hood scoop
Duck tail spoiler
New grille

why mod out a v6 when u can spend the extra cash and get a v8

Cool. I called SLP a few months ago and they had yet to get a test mule but were def. gonna be putting out mods for it. Nice to see a list of things just as I expected from them.

Count me in on the SLP longtubes, cat back and dove tail if it will be painted to match

Because some of us just want to make our V6 a little quicker and don't want all the craziness of the v8's brembos and gas costs

well if you wanna go quicker, you're gonna need brake upgrades!

Alot of people probably would rather spend 23K for a car and add a few grand in mods to give it a bit more zip than spend 31K+ for a car and not spend money on mods. $6,000 difference by the time you do some mods to a V6 is quite a bit more "extra cash".
