I'm about to turn 60 and nerve damage/back problems have made me decide to get an apartment with a garage. I'm not into mowing the lawn and other such assorted time wasting anymore. Looking to move to Southwest Florida. South Florida/North Key Largo is where my greatest times were, when young.

Good luck with your new home!!!

Congratulations on your new house start. I just had on built a ~year ago and they used a Telebelt to place the concrete. That's a nice new 38-5 you have there!

Radiant floor heating in the garage? enough height for a lift? these are the important questions lol. Congrats man

NICE!
When I got out of the Army in 2001, my father had just decided to build a house.
We worked on it for the next 18 months until it was finished.
There is no feeling like it, a house you built yourself.
You will be really happy.

Hi there, It really sounds great. I think your house must have been almost completed. I am planning to turn our extra large garage into a granny flat which will be build by granny flat solutions team. I am too excited for my new house.:clap2::thumbup:
