okay so i just got finished placing my first order with adams, and let me tell you thier customer service is beyond anything ive ever dealt with. ashley guided me throughout the whole process discussed any issues i had and even though i was a complete pain in the arse ( being that i am now so neurotic, being a need camaro owner and all:D)she was more than incredible. i am more than 110% satisfied with adampolishes and i havent even gotten the products yet, now i cant wait till i get everythign in the mail and start taking care of my baby with the best stuff out there!!!

and you haven't even used it yet.

Yeah Ashley is awesome, I got her one day when she had the hiccups it was hilarious. I din't think I met another rep as good as her.

Sad thing is I rarly use Adams anymore.

LOL... perhaps you could've saved this thread for after your first run with the products, but in any event thanks for the kind words and I hope our products impress you just as much as Ash did on the phone... shes a sweetheart and a heck of a good detailer (for a girl :D )

Ashley is so sweet, I tried to take her back to Kentucky with me. However, I got tired of carrying her around before I made it out of the warehouse... :facepalm:

My 1st Adam's order was shipped out today. I'm going to use the 1st order as a trial for our dealership possibly switching to Adam's for all of our detail supplies.

Talked to Ashley several times and she has always been extremely nice to me. She is a very beautiful woman and as I can see her Uncle Junk is protective of her ;)
