Any Change in getting to reverse?

This is in regards to SS manuals out there. I am at about 500 mile mark and noticed yesterday that seems to be little harder to get it over to reverse, at first is was as smooth as butter and I just barely pushed it over and up and now I almost have to force it. A mechanic friend drove it yesterday and he said it was fine and not to worry. I was just curious if anyone else notcied anything similiar. And i'm talking flat ground at a dead stop type off situation. I did have a skip shift eliminator installed yesterday but I don't know how that could impact it in any way. I am going to dealer tomorrow anyway so i can mention to them, just wondering if anyone experienced anything similiar.

I'm about a lil over 400 and its still smooth as always, somewhere here a guy installed a skip shift to the wrong port and it locked out his reverse, he really had to force it in, or it wouldn't let him at all. let me see if i can find the thread.

Hmmmm he said the one he used he reached for on top of the tranny which is how they describe it, I think that skip shift is disabled but will have to double check. Thanks for the link bbrock. I can definitely get in reverse its not gone its just stiffer to get there.

I've noticed that it takes slightly more effort to get from 3rd gear and above into reverse. But it might just be my imagination, or the issue linked to above.
