Thats the standard powertrain warranty not an extended one.
|
So 100 plus 100 = 200?

Here is your base warranty: 3/36 bumper to bumper, 5/100 powertrain. This is if you purchased the car new. If you want to find out if you bought an extended warranty, call the business office at your dealership. I deal with GM warranties for a living so ask me anything you want.

If you would like to send me your VIN, I will be able to check the parameters of your warranties. Normally, the warranties that come with the vehicle is a 3 year/36,000 mile New Vehicle Limited Warranty and with that is also a 5 year/100,000 mile PowerTrain Warranty. If you would like to know details, please PM me. Brandon Chevrolet Customer Service |

Ok thanks, ill PM you but yes i did purchase the car new and I am pretty sure I purchased an extended warranty.. |
Dealerships sometimes sell third party extended warranties as GM warranties, they dont say they are GM, they just dont neccessarily tell you they arent either.
Also some have optional warranties that are possibly better. Just saying, even if the GM rep comes back saying you dont have a GM extended warranty, you might want to call and check with your dealer just in case. |
