Flowmasters sound awesome, they might be the best sounding exhaust system on the market.

Are you happy with the exhaust, any other exhaust mods besides the cat back? hows the interior sound? Im close to pulling the trigger but I have heard mixed reviews. I have always loved flowmaster exhausts though.

Thanks for the nice compliments on the sound of Flowmaster exhaust.

There are some good deals out there to be had. Some sponsors and other distributors have periodic special pricing, so shop around for good prices and service. You’re getting a 409S Stainless Steel system with a Lifetime Warranty and it’s easy to install if you want to do it at home with simple hand tools for additional savings.

For those looking for an aggressive sound, we have the new Outlaw Axle-Back.

I absolutely love the sound of the Flowmaster AMT exhaust note, rich deep tone. IMO some systems costing twice as much sound like wet farts, and there is a lot of "slap". They sound like they were engineered for imports, not the classic American Muscle Car.

I had this system installed on my ex, an L99, and it was light years ahead of the stock exhaust. My only concern was no I could hear that annoying 4 cyl AFM crap -- and man was it noticable. Eventually, like 3 months later, I couldn't take it anymore and purchased the manual SS LS3. I am installing this same system this week - all welded - and cannot wait to hear it come ALIVE. I had thought long and hard about just throwing on a set of Super 44's in the back and leaving the rest alone, but I am so sold on the AMT system that I decided after 2 months of hashing it out to just go with the AMT. :D

Going with the Vararam no-tune intake as well, like I said I cannot wait to start it up and take it out on the open highway...

Get it from Maryland Speed. Best price, hands down.

Cactuseater – Thanks for being a loyal Flowmaster customer. We hope you have a lot more fun rowing through the gears of your new SS and the sound of your new Flowmaster exhaust. :)
