Anyone have trouble pairing Storm II ?

My storm II pairs fine but terminates after a few seconds.
Has this happened to anyone?
My wife's blackberry tour works fine.
Cant figure out why neither can gm , verizion , onstar spoke to all of them my phone works with ear piece tried as a test.

Can someone please help ?
