I ordered some parts of LG Motorsports website that appeared to be in stock. 2 days later they sent an email indicating they didn't have the part in stock, and given this was a Pedders bushing set, I told them at that time to refund my money, this is 2/21/04. The rep advises there is a big warehouse and they will refund if they can't get it in a week

So, here we are a month later, multiple contacts with LG Motorsports via email and still no refund. I told them Monday that if I did not have a refund back to PayPal, would blast them on the forum, so they were warned...don't buy from these guys...:barf::thumbdown:

Did you call them? I purchased something from them around black friday and was told I would receive it in 5 days from their emailed receipt. I waited about 2 weeks then called. They missed my order during the black friday rush, apologized and sent it 2nd day air (60 lbs) with tracking.

We always try to do right by everyone but we are human and things do happen. When It does happen, I would like to think we take care of everyone. I'm sorry this one did slip through and yes I have been in contact wtih him through the entire process.

The one slow part about this was that I have no control over the PayPal account. That is done by one person here that was not in the office during that time. If you will check this morning you will notice that you have been refunded completely for this item and that nothing was being held back. If this is not the case, please let me know right now. You should have an email stating this as well.

Again, I'm terribly sorry about this and it should have been refunded much much sooner than what it was.

We have been in business and serving the Corvette and Camaro community now for well over 26 years and I would like to think that rep has been pretty good during that time frame.

Again, I can not say how sorry I am this whole process has been. If you do choose to try us again, I'll give you 10% off the next item you would like to get, just be sure and call and ask for me direct and we will do everything over the phone.

ITS SO SAD PEOPLE HAVE TO MAKE BAD THREADS TO GET A LITTLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AROUND HERE. WHY DONT THESE COMPANIES TAKE CARE OF THEIR CUSTOMERS THE FIRST TIME.

The refund was done before the thread was started.....at least before I saw it or posted.
