How Much Would It Cost To Fix This?

Soooo, how much do you guys estimate??

It looks like pillar damaged? Input needed.

Thanks.

when a car is considered salvage the title gets branded and voids any and all warranties. You will never be able to even get a aftermarket one.

I estimate about $5k to fix. I dont know if you'll be able to find anybody to grant you a warranty with a salvage title tho.

It says salvaged title ... It was already totaled ...

Bumble.Bee 05-01-2013 04:44 PM

Ok. So you guys think about 5K to fix?

jd10013 05-01-2013 04:48 PM

there has to be more to it than that. an insurance company wouldn't have totaled it for 5k in damages

Not worth it.... :iono:

How much do you think?

Doesn't look like the pillar is damaged, just that when the airbags when off it messed up the roof liner. I just got a small dent and some scratches on my bumper fixed....1200 bucks.

7-10K sounds about right to fix all that. You're looking at a new HID headlight, bumper, grille, fender, hood, side skirt fixing that rear quarter and driver door, respray quite a few things and new interior pillar covers, air bags, and roof liner.

Gonna be expensive bud.

I didnt notice any damage other than front fascia, 1/4, hood, driver's door, steering wheel and a few others. My estimate is $5k... and that's a rough estimate. I am curious to hear what happened and how the insurance company acquired

Scroll all the way down under pictures and he says what is damaged and what happened.

How was that totaled? these are aprox costs but i see, RS headlight, fender, bumper, hood, inner rail, some small interior engine work, repair the door, new or recondition the wheel, it doesnt even look that bad..

i would say 7-9k if you paid a body shop to do everything, im sure there is some pull time needed on the inner rails/frame... if you did it yourself aside from the interior structure, i would say buy a used or AM hood, used fender, used bumper, repair the door, new steering wheel/airbag (1-1.5k)...

buy Aftermarket wheels, you could easily have the outside looking new for about 3.5-4k easy.. cant say i would pay 19,000 for a damage car like this that was salvaged though.. mabey if it wasnt salvaged and your car savy.

I would pay 15-16k then fix it up for a salvaged car.

Not that good of a deal, but if you can fix it yourself shouldn't cost too much

Bumble.Bee 05-01-2013 05:18 PM

No, I can't fix it myself. I will ask him for 23K fixed.
