Less Vendors and people?

Is it just me or is there less vendors and less people at this event than there was at Camaro5Fest I ...

Maybe I'm wrong!

Maybe because it is so far away from many of us :(

Could be.... I went to vendors for 2 days last year.... seen it all in one afternoon this year... very disappointed!

AZCamaroFan 04-15-2011 04:33 PM

Here is a picture of the US from space at night. A western event just can't pull the same kind of participation an eastern or central event will. I get that they want to be fair but it is what it is.

I didn't go last year but there is plenty to look at and see in my opinion. Lots of vendors, lots of displays, gear, cars, parts, accessories. I'm having a blast.

Just pulling in this morning behind a line of all those Camaros was really something.

The venue that is hosting this event has everything and is huge.

Not to mention the beautifull 88 degree weather...

Observations from the fest

There are a few vendors - I was not disappointed with the number.
Got lots of info on superchargers, and bought a Borla cat-back at what I think is a really good price.
Almost popped for a cold air intake - free install at the show - but decided to spend my money on something else.

I had a blast watching the drag qualifiers - at least Firebird raceway lets you get up and close an personal.

Lots of friendly folks... but I have to say, that at 20 bucks a person I can understand why people were wanting more. I may go back tomorrow - without the passenger seat counter weight - just to get my money's worth.

Attaching some pics.

The vendors were a little sparse but the racing events made up for it. You have seen the All Gens cars packed in there behind Loud Pedal. I was worried that I wasn't going to be able to get out for awhile, I got to get some things done tonight before I head out of town.

I got gill inserts, ghost armor on my radio screen, the CAI installed, and tomorrow I'm getting a fuel door cover..so this event worked for me :headbang:
