I've seen a handful of ZL1s but not a single 1LE. Kinda disappointing.

We do have more ZL1's in our club than 1LE's but the 1LE numbers are growing faster now.

How's that for getting it back on track.

Sorry OP... we got a little crazy there, cleaned up and back to regularly scheduled programming

More rare than a COPO? oh that's right - they dont count.

I guess we'll see when someone officially announces the production figures for MY13.

btw - I think it was January before I saw any release of the previous year's model breakdown. This thread could get really long by then!

Actually the Synergy Edition and maybe Hot Wheels or Dusk could rank up there too. COPO counts in my book..:headbang:

I have yet to see another zl1(other than mine) or 1le out in the wild around me, so I guess more ZL1's for right now. LOL

I've seen just one 1LE on the road in my area. In my humble opinion, the transmission has everything to do with the take rate. It's fairly rare to find a manual transmission equipped Camaro in this area. Even the ZL1's are nearly all auto cars.

That is a good point... Auto Trans is a big hit as an option in the Z. The Shelby doesn't even have that.

There were around 2000, 2012 ZL1's built and im sure the number of 1LE's will be under 1500, so yes the 2013 1LE equipped SS will be rarer than the ZL1. I have friends who work at the Oshawa plant and we met up last weekend at a car show and they said they notice a bit more ZL1's going off the line than the 1LE.

ZL1 vins are nearly 8000 for MY13.

I've never seen another 1LE on the road. Have seen maybe 3 ZL1s. Though I've seen one white one at a dealer that they tried to sell me...Plenty of ZL1s at the dealers here both auto and sticks.

With the ZL1, they see the differences in the engine and the body styling and understand where the additional costs come from. They don't with the 1LE, and most sales men around here can't communicate the performance differences because they don't understand the car either.

Same here. My local dealer couldn't spell Camaro correctly, and another salesman had no idea what the 1LE was.:iono: That's about the time when I called Becky.
