most definitely

The halos provide an awesome mean aggressive look, while the HIDs light up better, and then of course, the 20" rims look awesome too

Humm...aren't the halo's standard in 2013 2lt's?

no, the halos are part of the rs package:

Take a quantum leap in stylishness for your LT or SS Coupe with the RS Package, including:

• 20" painted aluminum wheels1 in mystery-enhancing Midnight Silver, measuring 20" x 8" in front and 20" x 9" in rear.
• High-intensity discharge headlamps, each ringed with an LED halo, giving your coupe the look of a living predator.
• Body-color Roof ditch molding for a subtle but distinctive styling detail.
• Shark-fin antenna is body-color with this package.

On 2LT and 2SS models, included with available 45th Anniversary Package, Transformers 3 Edition and Synergy Series Special Edition/2.

1 Use only GMŪ-approved wheel/tire combinations. See dealer for details.

Adds the following options: 20" Silver-finished aluminum wheels20" summer tires -Molding, body-color roof ditchHigh-Intensity Discharge headlamps

get rs package you wont regret it!

For sure get the RS package. You'll regret it of you don't.

Non-RS if you plan on doing headlight and wheel mods anyway. The fin and roof molding are minor things IMO. But if you want the better lights and wheels OEM then RS is the only way to go. You won't regret it.

From a money standpoint...it's well worth it for a V6, for an SS not so much, imo.

RS Package is a keeper

Like a previous poster stated: Buy the RS package if you are not going to perform some aftermarket mods to the headlights and wheels. If you ARE peforming those mods, you'd be wasting your money buying an upgrade you're going to replace. That said: I just ordered my 2013 2LT with the RS package and I'm anxiously awaiting delivery!

Even if you mid the lights RS pkg the way to go JDP offered the color changing LEDs for the Halos so that is not a problem but you have to have the Halo lights to do that project.

Get an HUD too if it's in your budget, amazing!

HUD is standard on 2SS and 2LT. That has nothing to do with the RS package. Stepping up to the the "2" gets you leather, HUD, etc.

RS package all the way! but the 13's rims imo dont like as nice as the 12's or older years

ParisTNDude 07-04-2012 03:22 PM

What they said! I wouldn't buy a Camaro without the RS package.
