cheapest place for super tensioner?

Looking for a super tensioner and a 3.4 tvs2300 pulley.........who has the best prices?

No im sure about any shop will sell them but they all pick up the phone and call ECS

I just ponied up for one at Jannety. There shipping was somewhat reasonable to the north here.
Had thought of making my own but was not worth the effort. Gotta pick my battles.
Surprised someone has not tried pumping these out on the cheap but the tensioner itself before modifying to suit is 75 to 100 bucks.
