Stripes on the '69 Camaro Z/28. Which is correct?
Hey All,
I have a question for all the Camaro fanatics in here. I recently came upon a 1969 Camaro z/28 in a barn. I have started doing research into what it is going to take to restore it to its original condition. In my search for the correct information on "Stripe" location, I have this question? "Where do the stripes stop?" Do they stop on the spoiler or do they continue down onto the trunk pan? As far as I know this is the original paint and the stripes stop on the spoiler. I will try an attach a pick of what I am talking about. |
I said trunk pan and meant trunk lid. Boy it has been a ruff day. :bonk:

^^^That is correct^^^
the major difference seems to be the front... 67 and 68 go all the way to the nose 69's are stopped about a inch or two from the nose |
nice pic there casull, hmmm that car looks very familier i wonder where iv seen it before. but yea the stripes stop at the spoiler
