Ugly steering wheel on 2012 Camaro

the new steering wheel for rhe 2012 camaro is UGLY !!! it looks like the CRUZE's . plus they changed the center piece with a bowtie instead of the name camaro. they should have at least put the tricolor badge.

i know that soon there would be aftermaket options for this. how about changing it to a 2010-11 steering wheel? or better yet, the GRANT steering wheel and just buy the airbag/center piece of the steering wheel.

WHAT DO YOU GUYS THINK ????

by the way, what's the order part number of the steering wheel airbag/center piece?

:bellyroll: I don't personally like it either, it's just that all the car magazines moaned about their fingers hurting after driving for some odd reason.

Here it is with the Cruze. If it's more ergonomic, I don't care. The A6 Wheel is too thick if your hands are at 3:00 and 9:00

The old wheel was fine for me in the few Camaros I've driven, but I did feel it took some getting used to. A few people here have complained that it can be hard to access the steering wheel controls with the old wheel.

In any case, the new wheel is actually more similar in design to the Volt's, not the Cruze's.

Am I the only person that likes it? Lol

I wish that the camaro was written across, but overall I really like it!

thanx for the correction.. although it would be more appropriate to say "MOST OF US THINK"

anyways, what do you guys think about buying the old steering to replace this fugly thing ?
i can't post pics of the GRANT steering wheel because i'm on my iphone. can anyone please post it?

It looks horrible. The last time the Camaro had a steering wheel that ugly was on the 2000-2002 models. I really can't say much though, as my 06 Mustang steering wheel has the ridiculous puffy "Mustang Emblem" sticker on the airbag cover.
