I am a sophmore in highschool (10th grade) and got a 2010 v6 camaro for my 17th birthday. I was wondering if it's worth modding it, will it make a big difference? or should I just keep it stock and in the near future sell it and get a SS? Thanks for feedback

Kid.....enjoy your ride. Your lucky to have a car like this in HS. Get used to it first then explore modding...

No, it's not good enough. Take it and just give the keys back to your parents. Tell them is it's not a BMW you don't want it.

Your Camaro has a SS front fascia... tell your parents it has the wrong engine! :D :respekt: ;)

Open your hood and look at the engine. You just might be in for a surprise...:D

My dad has his own business fixing cars for insurances, so he knows how to do body work and mechanic. So he added the lines to the car and also added the SS bumpter into it but its the V6. I really want a v8 though

My parent's actually have a 2006 325i BMW they are selling, I can trade the camaro for the bmw, but is it worth it? The bmw is sedan by the way

Man, I had a '93 Chevy truck with a knocking engine in high school, lol. Consider yourself lucky to have that lowly V6 Camaro. I love mine. Are those stripes painted on? They look to have been put on a little too far apart.

Oh. How many miles are on it and how much did they pay? Just wondering. First thing I would do is change your exhaust set up and make it sound more beefy. Than I would just do cosmetic stuff like spoiler, front lip, halos, and led lights.

im 17 and you can check out my build to see the mods i have done(and payed for myself), be grateful for the v6.. plenty of power for me.

TheGhosty 04-01-2013 10:13 PM

Hey man, you really should get a new CAI. It was the first thing I did to my v6 and I LOVE it. The car sounds better and pulls harder! Just a warning these cars are money pits, now I am always buying things to make it look better and go faster!!

SoCalThug 04-01-2013 10:13 PM

Dont put any performance mods on it. Just add lots of SS emblems!! Enjoy!
