2013 UK Owners Manual Electronic Version
I've uploaded the manual - it wouldn't allow me do it on the Camaro site so I've stuck it in Dropbox. Haven't used DB before so hope you can access it and download if you wish (27MB so be patient if your line speed is poor). I've put a copy on my phone so I've always got it handy !

All the more excitement for our Meet Up in June 2013 (or earlier, just pop in !!).

If equipped, music may be played from a paired Bluetooth device. See “Pairing” under Bluetooth on page 7‐21. To play music through Bluetooth device: 1) Power on the device, pair, and connect the device. 2) Music can be launched by doing one of the following: _ Press the Bluetooth Audio screen button on the Home Page. _ Press SOURCE until Bluetooth Audio is selected. _ Press the SRC button on the steering wheel controls until Bluetooth Audio is selected. See Steering Wheel Controls on page 5‐2. _ Use voice recognition. See Voice Recognition on page 7‐17. The music can be controlled by either the infotainment controls or the controls on the device So Press the Bluetooth Audio screen button on the Home Page. But Where is ????? |
I'll ask the question and post as soon as I get a reply.

Thanks once again to Adam at W H Brands for a speedy response which goes as follows;
On the USA spec there are several modules fitted to the vehicle that work the Sat Nav, Bluetooth etc. There are 2 different modules for the Bluetooth, one for the Bluetooth phone operation and one for the Bluetooth music operation. The music one is only compatible with the stereo system that is fitted to the USA models with Sat Nav, so therefore UK models don't have/can't have Bluetooth music. You would think that a company like Chevrolet would produce an accurate and unambiguous manual so that the many issues that come from those of us who read the manual (anoraks?) wouldn't exist. :confused0068: :mad0259: |
so no bluetooth music for us!
|
Only bluetooth hand free is available.
