a 3rd gen firebird (85)
 

i had a couple questions with this as we were tearing it down,
the block is clamed to be a "zz3" (350) and i look in the dash its a 1985 and is has a 120 speedo in it. its a straight from detroit car supposedly. if it had a 120 speedo in it would it originally came with a 305 in it?

here are pics the block (i didnt get a pic of it) has a number on it sayin 88 some one was mintioning it was a roller motor? true or not true?

and was wonderin if any one had any tailights for a 1985? are you interested in sellin them?

I do not know much about the Firebird models, but I would guess that yes, a 120 MPH speedometer is correct for the 5.0L 305ci V8 option.

Have you checked out thirdgen.org for valid information?
