of selling the car, if she cant sell it she will lose everything she owns including the car & it will be crushed

her husband just passed away

"need to sell ASAP or will trade for good truck with camper." is she planning on sleeping in this permanently ? that makes no sense. Why would she want to trade, if she needs the cash? I don't mean to be insensitive, but it doesn't add up.

shes losing her house, & her main transportation. so yes a truck with camper she will most likely be sleeping in the camper.

I dont know her personally but my agent does.

it would be most likely a partal trade for the camper & truck with cash as well for the vette.

My thoughts exactly not like the 71 is even a desireable year in great shape I know she is in dire straights but alittle high on price for a non running not put together vehicle. Guess you could always call and see what the bottom line is. I feel for her sorry she is in this position.

Wish I had the money. Potential is there for this car, depending on motor type and matching vins. And yes this year is desired, 68 through 72 are some of the most sought after cars of that era mainly due to the chrome bumpers. I've seen running stingrays go from $19,000 to $47,000. For a builder this would be a great project.

There never were any "production" RPO LS7 Cars built by GM, unless of course you ordered one custom built by NicKey Chevrolet.

The most potent RPO engine option in a Corvette for 1971 was the LS6 454 ci with aluminum open chamber heads. (Not available in anything else)

Only 188 of thses were ever produced by the General.
