need help????

can anyone in the bay area know anyone who can sign off on the fix it ticket for front license plate and tints. I have been driving for two years with no problem and have been driving around cops this entire time but i guess this one had some vendetta against me or something lol and got me for my tints and plate. I paid alot to get my tints and dont want to have to rip them off. SO PLEASE IF ANYONE COULD HELP ME???

you can always zip tie your front plate to the lower grille, then cut it off after its signed off. There are ways to get around the tint, but dont it will actually get posted here.
