I must say going to first car show with a stock LS felt strange. Although after attending I met alot of nice people and saw alot of nice cars. I cant wait to attend next year with some changes to my car. I hope to attend more as time goes on.

First Mod: Cold Air Intake
Made By: Vararam How difficult: 1-5 1- being easy / 5- being difficult.. (4) Reason: Cutting brackets, ensuring fit. Pictures: 1. Stock picture of engine bay 2. OEM Cold Air Intake Removed 3. OEM and Vararam Photo 4. Vararam Intake installed |
Thoughts on the Vararam intake
Installing was a bit difficult as to cutting the brackets and ensuring fit was correct. After driving the car I feel it easier to get up to speed. I also hear a different sound comming out of my mufflers. Cars idle sound some difference. Cars driving sound a huge difference. When steping on the gas to get up to speed the car sounds nothing like a V6. Mind you I have the stock exhaust no modifications. For me I am happy with this purchase. Performs better and Sounds better. I cant wait for next mod, RX Catch Can and Oil cover filter. |
Looks good brother !

Ok now the RX Catch Can is installed.

Next will be the VMAX Throttle Body. Once I can scrape the cash togather. Possibly by September. After that the pully.
