Comprehensive parts upgrade

Is there a company that offers one complete comprehensive bolt on upgrade kit? I have no patients for shopping around for this stuff from multiple vendors. I am not trying to break the bank either, I would like to stay in the $10,000 range. I was quoted $6500 plus shipping for the MagnaCharger and RotoFab CAI so it should be possible to get everything for under 10K. All of the work will be done by myself so that will cost nothing but time. A couple months ago the military told me that after 15 years my career will be ending on 1 September 2012 and they will pay for me to go back to CONUS. That will be when I pull the trigger on all of this so that I don’t waste a thousand dollars shipping everything to Hawaii. They are also giving me a severance package, as a result I guess they will be paying for these upgrades as well. This is the list of things that I am looking for......

MagnaCharger kit
CAI kit
Long tube headers
HiFlow cats
Resonator delete
Pedders pace car suspension package
Maybe a blower cam package if the funds are availible

LS3

BigMatt 01-08-2012 07:55 AM

you don't have resonators if you have the ls3

Ok less to buy then. However, I am pretty sure that you are incorrect.

Plenty of shops would be willing to put a package together for you. Jannetty lists theirs on their website HERE

Hennessey has packages. Jannetty has some. Hennessey has different stages try checking that out

Do Hennessey or LPE do self install kits? I was always under the impression that they were full install packages. OP you'll probably pay a premium even with self install on those bigger name companies.

You should check out Vengeance Racing as well. They have packages that are all inclusive. In Feb. they are doing a full cam/bolt on pakcage for me. They have an internet shopping site for folks like you who will do their own work.

Thanks for the inputs.

Ted, I need to get a suspension package as well or all of the power is just smoke and rubber. I think that after the suspension is added to your package that I will be out of my budget. I will have to get back to you on that after I shop around a bit at the other recommended places.

You don't need to spend a fortune on suspension parts, Tires are the single biggest upgrade then Trailing Arms and Toe links along with a Real Good 4 Wheel alignment works Wonders.

Ted.
